Terms of Service

CreativFlow is a planning tool for video creators: a pipeline board, a video workspace for scripts and notes, an idea inbox, a publishing calendar, and AI assistance for transcription, script cleanup and title or hook ideas. We add and refine features over time.

You must be at least 13 years old and give an accurate email address. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. One account is for one person; do not share credentials.

New accounts get 14 days of full Pro access — unlimited videos, unlimited scheduling and 100 AI credits per month — with no card required. When the 14 days end, your account moves to the Free plan unless you subscribe.

The Free plan includes 10 AI credits per month, up to 5 active videos and a 7-day scheduling horizon. Content created during the trial is never deleted when you downgrade; it simply becomes read-only beyond those limits until you subscribe again.

• On the web: £10 per month or £100 per year, billed through Stripe.
• On iOS: the equivalent App Store subscription, billed to your Apple ID.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. If we change prices we will tell you before your next renewal.

Cancel a web subscription at any time from the billing portal in the app; you keep Pro access until the end of the period you have paid for. Cancel an iOS subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings — we cannot cancel it for you.

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled entirely by Apple under its own policy. For web subscriptions, contact info@creativ-flow.com and we will deal with reasonable requests fairly.

Everything you write in CreativFlow — scripts, descriptions, ideas, notes, attachments — stays yours. We claim no ownership and no licence to publish, sell or train on it. We only process it to run the service for you, including sending it to our AI provider when you use an AI feature.

You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload or paste into the app.

AI features produce suggestions, not facts. Transcriptions can contain errors and generated titles, hooks or cleaned-up scripts may be inaccurate or resemble existing work. Review anything before you publish it. You are responsible for what you publish, and we make no warranty about the accuracy or originality of AI output.

You agree not to:

• use the service for anything unlawful, or to plan content that is illegal;
• attempt to access another user's data, bypass plan limits, or probe our infrastructure;
• resell or automate bulk access to the AI features;
• interfere with the availability of the service for others.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

Participation requires accepting the referral terms shown in the app. Commission is 20% of a qualifying payment made by someone who signed up through your link, and is held for 30 days before becoming payable to allow for refunds and chargebacks.

Self-referrals, fake accounts, paid search on our brand name, and misrepresenting CreativFlow are not permitted and forfeit any commission. We may change or end the programme with notice; commissions already earned and cleared will still be paid.

We aim to keep CreativFlow available at all times but offer no uptime guarantee. We may take the service down for maintenance, and we may change or remove features. Keep your own copies of anything critical.

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost content. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

You can stop using CreativFlow at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing info@creativ-flow.com. We may close an account that has breached these terms, and will refund any unused paid period unless the breach was deliberate.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed, and material changes will be notified in the app. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
