CreativFlow — Privacy Notice

• Account: your email address and a hashed password or a Google sign-in identity, plus your plan status (trial, free, or paid) and onboarding progress. We never see your Google password.
• Your content: the videos, ideas, scripts, descriptions, tags, checklists, sponsorship notes and attachments you create. This is private to your account and protected at the database level per user — no other user or visitor can read it.
• AI features: when you dictate, audio is sent to our AI provider for transcription and not stored by us afterwards — only the resulting text in your own video record. Script cleanup and title or hook generation send the text you submit to the same provider. We store a monthly count of AI credits used, not the content.
• Payments: web subscriptions are processed by Stripe and iOS subscriptions by Apple. Card details never reach us; we store only subscription identifiers, plan, status and renewal date.
• Notifications: if you enable push notifications on iOS, we store the device push token, removed when you sign out or disable notifications.
• Referrals: if you join the referral programme, we store your referral code, payout details, and commission records.

CreativFlow runs no third-party analytics, no advertising SDKs and no tracking pixels. We do not sell or share your personal data.

You can delete your CreativFlow account yourself at any time from Settings inside the app (Settings → Delete account). This permanently removes your login, videos, ideas, notifications, AI usage records and device tokens. Payment and commission records are kept only as long as UK tax law requires.
